You will not be charged when you initially book a game.
Please indicate the size of your expected party,
and provide contact information for follow up.
Our next available Games Master will contact you to go over specific details
(game choice, party size, session duration, meeting frequency).
This can be expedited with the Full Player Registry
form found below, or on the Game Shelf page.
After which, you will receive an invoice for a deposit on your
game using the contact information provided.
Each new booking includes a complimentary Session Zero with all players in attendance to go over table rules and game mechanics, as well as any character creation necessary.
Session Zero can take place immediately before gameplay begins, or on a separate date entirely.
The remaining fee must be paid by the end of a gaming session in order to book another.

The Games Master is going to commit to all games at the same level of roleplay, attentiveness, and engagement. Pricing tiers only indicate the different levels & elements of "immersion" as well as visuals and amenities.
What are the "Amenities"?
Not everyone is able to sit still for hours at a time. These are available to help channel distracting energy into mindful activities.
- Art Supplies include blank paper, coloring sheets, markers, and colored pencils.
- Stress Balls come in all colors, shapes, and levels of firmness
- Fidget Toys include pop-its, spinners, and 3D printed dragonlings
- Sensory Stickers are for you to take with you even after the game!
Age Appropriate Themed Drinks?
For adult groups: a single-serving themed cocktail to match the game chosen.
- Sober Parties can request Zero-Proof alcohol and mocktails.
For youth groups: sparkling grape juice, house-mulled apple cider, hot chocolate, etc.
Upgrade / Downgrade Future Sessions at Any Time
Just because you started at the Basic or Premium tier doesn't mean you have to stay there! If you feel like you started gaming at the wrong tier level, please mention this to your game master before you book your next session.

Payment and Refund Policy
All games must have a deposit booked for the first 2 hours. The deposit for a 1-3 player game is $25, the deposit for a 4 player game is $80.
Playtimes over 2 hours can be charged post-game session. If a game session goes past 2 hours (not including session 0 and character creation), the resulting time must be paid for before any future games can be booked.
Discounts can be processed before & after game play within 24 hours of scheduled game time.

Refund Policies
- Deposits may be refunded up to 48 hours before the scheduled game time.
- Partial refunds may be processed for missing players if addressed before scheduled game time.
- No refunds will be processed after scheduled game time.
